One of the most special things about weddings, from the perspective of a vendor, is how well we get to know our couples in the time leading up to their wedding date. We have the pleasure of working with couples over the course of months or even years helping them to bring the vision of their wedding day to life in a way that feels purely them. Their wins are our wins, and their joy is our joy, from the moment they arrive on site to get ready until the very last goodbye.

We had the pleasure of working with Kaitlin and Scott from their tour in early 2020 all the way through their wedding day in October of 2021. They had the most beautiful celebration, emphasized by Kaitlin’s truly impeccable vision for a boho styled day. (We were genuinely so impressed by their ability to design everything so flawlessly.)

Their decor style was delightfully boho, which complemented Kaitlin’s chic wedding dress perfectly. While she and Scott did not have a first look, they did take a private moment before their ceremony to read letters to each other. This is such a special way to spend time together prior to the ceremony, even without having a first look!

Kaitlin and Scott walked down the aisle to “Sedona” by Houndmouth and “Sleep on the Floor” by the Lumineers — then capped off their ceremony with their very own secret handshake, which had their coordinator along with every single one of their guests shamelessly weeping from the inherent romance of it all.

The rest of their night was complete perfection — from the delicious food catered by 2 Little Piggys, to their incredibly party courtesy of Nine Deez Nite Band, to the most beautiful golden hour captured by Emma Harling Photography.
